Coming into his new leadership with a fierce passion to exceed our customers’ expectations with every interaction, while striving to expand the reach of Consolidated Glass Corporation into new markets. To achieve these goals, numerous investments were made on the business including an automated cutting line, upgraded water filtration system, a state of the art real time digital scanning system, as well as a custom built software system to enhance output while decreasing lead times across the board. This commitment to continuous improvement has created a culture within our organization that prioritizes enhancing the customer’s experience on a daily basis.

These have included positions on the Board of Directors for the Safety Glazing Certification Council, a position on the Board of Directors for the Glazing Industry Secretariat Committee, as well as his membership in Vistage, a Peer Advisory Group for Business Leaders. These avenues, combined with the knowledge acquired from being the 5th generation in the family glass business, have given Shane a unique perspective of the industry of which he aspires to enhance over the many years to come.
